Sennheiser’s award-winning ‘wireless revolution’, Spectera, in stock with Autograph

Earlier this year, Autograph became the first company to stock the innovative new Spectera wireless system from world-renowned manufacturer, Sennheiser.

Spectera is a new, smart wireless solution, which promises to develop and evolve with users’ needs. And, to underline that level of innovation, Spectera was awarded the prestigious Gold Award for Innovation at the PLASA Show in London last month.

Billed as the world’s first wideband, bidirectional, digital wireless ecosystem, it promises to offer unprecedented capability and flexibility to audio professionals working in theatre sound and live event productions of all kinds.

Spectera is designed with three main priorities in mind: ease of configuration and use, advanced reliability (including a new level of protection against RF dropouts and interference, and redundant PSU and data ports), and open-ended future development as market needs evolve.

Spectera’s 11 Audio Link modes give unprecedented control of latency, audio quality and more for each link, while its bidirectional SEK bodypacks manage both in-ear monitor and mic/line signals simultaneously.

Thanks to this bidirectionality, the system is extremely easy to configure and use, reducing the need for hardware and cabling, while introducing time-saving digital workflows.

It can also co-exist with narrow-band systems and current technologies.
