Autograph Joins Stage Sight

We are delighted to be joining a network of organisations supporting Stage Sight. This new initiative is dedicated to promoting an off-stage workforce that is more reflective of our society today, inclusive of ethnicity, class, and disability.

As sound design in the theatre has gained greater recognition, our commitment to delivering quality and leading innovation in our field has accelerated. Over nearly 50 years we have seen that it is principally our workforce and their work ethic that defines us and has established and maintained our reputation. We want to continue actively promoting and developing this artistic discipline and drive its development beyond the niche status that it currently occupies.

We love working with committed, inquisitive and inventive individuals and know that this goal is achieved through inclusive recruitment practices and ensuring careers in live sound are more widely visible to the public. By joining Stage Sight, we are committing to helping remove any barriers to joining the sound design and engineering community which in turn will enable us to employ and work alongside a wider pool of talent.

We will be actively encouraging other companies to join up and be part of a collaborative that is committed to the improvement and development regarding the representation of our industries off stage workforce.
